Located in the vibrant community of Dayton, our recovery house at 1308 Arbor Avenue offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals embarking on their recovery journey.
Situated in a friendly neighborhood, the house provides easy access to local amenities and transportation options, ensuring residents have everything they need to focus on healing and personal development.
What we offer:

- Smart TV or ROKU in each house
- Onsite laundry facilities with detergent provided
- Easy access to transportation
- 24 hour a day staff support, case management, and peer support
Other benefits of our housing program:
- Access to gently used clothing in our self-supported clothing closet
- Weekly food pantry trips
- Household cleaning supplies provided monthly
- Household group activities (bowling, cookouts, etc)
Program Participation Requirements:
- Attend mandatory weekly house meetings
- Follow all treatment recommendations
- Follow aftercare requirements
- Complete random drug/alcohol screens
- Attend two sober support meetings per week
- Rental obligation after 90 days
